Redwood Backflow    

What I Do

• The backflow test is scheduled and completed.
• When the backflow assembly passes the tests, I complete a backflow assembly prevention test report and leave you a copy along with an invoice for the agreed upon amount.
• I take care of notifying your water district by faxing them the backflow assembly test report within one day of the completed test.  
• A laminated tag is date punched and affixed inside the box where the backflow assembly is located.  The tag contains the month and year of the test and also includes Redwood Backflow contact information.
• In the event that the backflow assembly fails the test I will notify you and the assembly must be repaired and re-tested. If a cleaning or minor repair will correct the problem that is usually accomplished  during the same trip. When additional parts need to be ordered you will be given an estimate and a return trip will be scheduled to repair and re-test the backflow assembly.
